Hi! I'm Don Schmincke

My journey began as a scientist from MIT and Johns Hopkins. It allowed me to wander far from the status quo, and meet many brilliant people.

Since then, I've trained over 30,000 CEOs in hundreds of industries. 

But I’m getting older, thinking less about guarding my chips and more about sharing. I don't want my research insights, dangerous questions, and random thoughts lost. Rather than putting them on some slick commercial site, I'm storing them here so they're free for you to use.

My journey hasn’t been about the money. I spend most of it funding research. And it's not about fame. I’ve won enough awards in speaking and publishing. I guess the teacher in me just wants to contribute to the expansion of knowledge, however small.
